HOW OUR STRUCTURES COMPLY WITH CURRENT UK LEGISLATION
• Our shelters are classed as a moveable structure, so they do not always need planning permission.
• The structure must be 3m or less in height and a maximum footprint of 50sqM or 50% of the footprint of the building whichever is smaller.
• Listed pubs, restaurants and cafes can currently have a structure erected for 120 days without council approval.
• If there is at least 50% of the perimeter walls open to outside air, smoking can be allowed.
• We would still recommend that venues contact their local council prior to installation to ensure there are no local restrictions.
