RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns outside 28 days will not be accepted. Any returns notified after 14 days but within 28 days may be subject to an additional 20% restocking charge. On cancellation for any reason, you must return the goods at your own cost unless we agree otherwise, or we confirm that you may dispose of the goods.

GUARANTEES

• GUARANTEE DETAIL: Black & Stainless guarantees the quality of our steel metalwork for a specified period that is detailed on an individual product. The guarantee covers the quality of the steelwork and fabrication of all steel parts. The guarantee does not cover the paintwork or non-steel materials. We will replace any faulty steel part free of charge excluding delivery & installation. A guarantee certificate will be provided with all products. Proof of potentially faulty parts will be required from the purchaser to validate the guarantee. The guarantee is only valid for the buyer of a new Black & Stainless product, purchased either directly or through an approved supplier.
• LIMITATIONS:  Black & Stainless will guarantee all of our steelwork for a period specified by the individual product sold all purchasers will be given a guarantee. The guarantee covers the natural degradation of the steelwork and the quality of the steelwork and fabrication. If there are multiple part faults, we will replace the entire product free of charge excluding delivery & installation. The guarantee does not cover any non-steel part. The guarantee does not cover against paintwork fading or rust. The purchaser does take responsibility for the maintenance of the product purchased. All products are rigidly tested to withstand the UK climate. The guarantee is void if the product is damaged by purchaser alteration, damage caused by the purchaser or abnormal weather conditions. abnormal weather conditions are classed as any weather that has a UK Weather warning of yellow, amber or red.
